IE Experience Day Moscow
All bachelor Programs
We will be administering the IE University Admission test at 10:15 AM, followed by an interactive lecture by an IE professor and the event will conclude with a livestream chat with a current IE student. This unique opportunity will allow high-school applicants to experience, first-hand, what it would be like to study at IE University.

12.20- 13.35: Master Class, New Technologies that Will Shape the Future of Professions by Professor Daniel Laya
Today’s innovations are completely changing the nature of work. More than ever, it is important for business leaders and workers to understand these shifts to move forward successfully. We will discuss the current situation and what is to come, with a special focus on changes in workplace dynamics: flexibility, diversity, ambiguity, influence and disruption. We will debate how we should evolve as professionals to propel our careers and meet the new reality. The professor will share three strategies that can be applied to any professional group in the corporate world and help us to jump into the future with both feet.

Daniel Laya has worked for more than 20 years leading HR, Marketing and Customer Care functions in FMCG and utilities multinational companies in South America, Middle East and Western Europe. In 2013 started his own consultancy firm: mIDentity, focused on developing and implementing technologies to accelerate organizational change.
