IE Challenge - Digital Disruption in the 21st Century
Join us in Casablanca
The effects of innovation have disrupted our way of doing business, and to adapt to the new trends, many companies have had to quickly shift in order to survive.Others have not been able to foresee this, and as a result ended up failing.
During the session we will go through the basics of disruption and digital transformation, identifying which companies had key elements to thrive before they missed the mark. We will then evaluate their failure and how it could have been avoided.
After the session, we will have a Case Method Challenge, in which participants will be divided into groups and asked to build their own case, using their own examples.
