Master Class & Networking Cocktail: Hacking Change by Kiron Ravindran

Event details

For the first of our fortnightly events of 2020, IE Professor Kiron Ravindran, will present us with the topic of hacking change looking at the difficulties and challenges to implement. We will be considering questions like “why do we find it so difficult to keep a resolution” and “why do organizations find it so hard to transform themselves”.

This masterclass will look at understanding how to hack behaviour to make change happen and consider why change is usually pleasurable, despite the fear it invokes.
