She’s worked with professional teams in 36 countries on 5 continents.  

Industry 4.0 (IR4) demands that the workforce has the right growth mindset to drive change and the capability to manage the digital transformation agenda. Józefa is doing her part to make this happen around the world. 

Józefa is recognised as a HR & Learning subject matter expert and lectures on Post-Graduate Masters programmes in Moscow, London and Madrid. She also assesses business excellence in HR and executive leadership in UAE Government.  A former UK project partner for the European Commission she has created capability frameworks, digital literacy courses and project management learning games.
