Lunch & Learn Startup - Beyond problem validation: minimum viable product and product market fit

In the path to creating a company, right after validating if we have a problem worth be solving, we will start creating a new product or service, it is what we call Minimum Viable product (MVP).
An MVP is the smallest product with value that we can sell to customers. We will learn how to design it, and specially how to measure if we are in the right path to success or we need to change our plans and pivot our startup.
The second piece in this journey will be finding the path to sustainability as a company, what is commonly called achieving Product Market Fit. PMF is the first thing that matters when building a company. We will dedicate our time here to define it (building a sustainable and repeatable business model) and understand if our company has it.

You are welcome to attend our upcoming IE event with professor Andres San Jose and IE Alumni in Australia to learn more about IE and programs.
