By valuing differences—whether related to race, ethnicity, gender, nationality, skills, religion, generation, sexual orientation or political views—companies can not only attract but also engage top industry talent to drive long-term success. And this is not just a values issue; it is a business issue. By retaining and embracing a diverse workforce, the Company is better enabled to serve these diverse customers and communities.
The “business case for diversity” sounds great. But is this really the argument we should be making?
Diversity well managed that can generate results and to measure the contribution of each type of diversity is key to generating innovation, efficiency and resilience.
