Admissions Day - Chicago

We would like to offer you this unique opportunity to join us for IE Admissions Day Chicago

In the morning, we will be offering our Global Admissions Test. If you wish to forgo the GRE and GMAT, this is the perfect opportunity to obtain a supplementary exam for the IE Admissions Process.

The test session (optional) is followed by a networking lunch & free Master Class taught by an IE alumna, Mischaela Elkins. This is a perfect opportunity to speak with alumni and learn about their IE Experiences and post-IE career paths.

Following the class, potential students, who have submitted the online application at least a week before the event, are eligible for the fast track admissions process. These candidates will have the opportunity to complete the personal interview with one of our Admissions Directors and receive their admissions answer within one month!

Master Class: Sterling Manners, a Business Etiquette Refresher

This masterclass will teach communicators of all ages, young professional to C-Level executives, how to communicate in a business setting through funny anecdotes about commonly used formalities in correspondence – for instance, the phrasing "please see attached" may seem polite in an email but can come off curt and hostile.

We will discuss…

  • Meeting and interview etiquette and how to navigate tricky situations.
  • Clearing up misconceptions around dress codes (what is "Smart Casual?") and cell phone etiquette.
  • Professional presence such as body language and sub-conscious cues to ensure you make an impact and are remembered at networking events & business functions.
